On the first panel, Mr. Ehrman joined the heads of the SEC and IRS whistleblower offices to discuss developments in the law and what the offices look for in submissions and coordination from whistleblowers. The second panel featured Mr. Ehrman and SEC enforcement staff discussing what changes have occurred or are anticipated under the new administration that might impact the SEC and CFTC whistleblower programs generally, as well as whistleblower matters falling under the purview of multiple programs. |
